Disputandum is a dispute resolution service which aims to resolve business and personal disputes in a timely and cost effective manner, preferably avoiding litigation.

Disputandum's objectives in this respect are in line with the current environment for dispute resolution in the UK, and in particular with the new Civil Procedure Rules which came into effect in April 1999.

Disputandum draws on expertise in various disciplines particularly legal and accountancy, then applying to the circumstances of a dispute all the resources necessary for its effective resolution.

Disputandum either acts as an arbitrator, mediator or adjudicator in assisting both parties equally to reach a resolution, or act for a particular party to a dispute devoting its resources to promote the interests and perspectives of its client.

When acting between two parties Disputandum's fees will be set by agreement with the parties who will each pay one half of the total fee.

When acting for one party, Disputandum is happy to discuss with the client alternatives to time based charges, including fixed and conditional fee arrangements.
